One current review compares a carrier’s published rates against Medicare and another benchmark using a fixed service basket. Some services align closely; others diverge materially. The point is not that one rate is right or wrong — it is that the difference becomes visible, comparable and traceable.

1 · Every rate prints its reference. The Colorado Medicare column states the yardstick each median is read against, and the page prints the derivation and the release it came from. A ratio to Medicare is a reference, not a verdict that a rate is right or wrong.
2 · One carrier, two networks, 87% apart. On code 99203 the two employer networks diverge more than on any other row shown — while three office-visit codes match to the cent. That is a review question for a plan committee, never a determination by TrustNav.

The control defeated the claim. So the claim came down.
On August 4, 2026, TrustNav completed the withdrawal of all 189 Network Integrity findings after a control comparison showed that the method did not distinguish the flagged population: 72.2% of flagged providers matched an active Colorado license, compared with 68.2% across the 146,310-provider comparison population.
The comparison does not establish that the underlying listings were accurate. It establishes that the withdrawn method did not support the finding class TrustNav had published.
Current status: 0 of the 189 findings from this withdrawn class remain standing. Separately, 23 of 42 registered edition roots remain standing across the wider record; edition roots are records and custody artifacts, not findings.

History has to be captured while it exists.
TrustNav preserves edition history as records are corrected, superseded, or withdrawn. 42 edition roots resolve through /verify today. Each root states its recorded custody status and what its verification does — and does not — establish.

As of August 7, 2026, TrustNav records 19,076 non-fixture capture events. The July 28 pinned inventory contains 19,030; 46 additional events were recorded after that inventory was sealed. The inventories remain separately versioned rather than adjusted to match one another.
A party beginning today cannot recreate TrustNav’s prior capture history merely by querying the current endpoint.

One public record, not a client-specific version. The current public serving schema has no client key; across the audited public surfaces, responses remained byte-identical under varied credentials, cookies, and request context.
A binding commercial rule: TrustNav accepts no compensation from a health carrier or carrier-controlled affiliate, and none paid, directed, reimbursed, guaranteed, or specifically funded by one, either for public-record review, ranking, comparison, or posture products concerning carriers, or to help a carrier remediate what TrustNav may later review — a carrier may submit evidence, corrections, replacement files, and technical clarification without charge, and a non-carrier client's ordinary commercial relationships with carriers do not, by themselves, make that client's payment indirect carrier compensation.
