Methods, as published

This page is an index of the method artifacts that already exist publicly — including the ones that record our own errors. It adds nothing new: each entry is a served artifact, and the sealed ones publish their hashes beside their links and in /verify.

Notice of withdrawal — Network Integrity Record (2026-08-04), with its corrections

The withdrawal method and its control comparison, stated in full, rendered beside its sealed hash and both correction instruments (the 2026-08-05 supersession and the 2026-08-06 addendum). The raw sealed artifacts are offered on that page as secondary verification links.

Correction and supersession record — UHC / Surest public-file availability (2026-08-06)

Our method error, the negative control that bounds what the observation proves, the per-file retrieval table, and every superseded artifact with its sha256.

Employer rate-book review — methods and limitations, defended on the record page

The live carrier rate-book review carries its scope, methods, limitations, and checkable edition root on its face.

Fund methods document v1.0 (2026-07-28)

The sealed methods document for the fund / benefits-adviser record layer.

Network Integrity methods appendices (E2 2026-07-28 · E4 2026-07-31) — editions withdrawn

The methods appendices of editions later withdrawn in full. They remain served because a history that quietly repairs itself is not a history; read them together with the withdrawal notice above.
